Italian pilot kicks off early 2019

The Italian pilot has officially kicked off in Italy. With a series of web conferences and live events organised between 12th and 15th of February 2019, the Italian Research and Education Network (GARR) and the University of Rome La Sapienza presented the Up2U project and how to take part in it to dozens of participant schools.

The pilot has officially started on March 7 with the first webinar introducing the Up2U platform and will be followed by other webinars on the integration of formal and informal teaching, cybersecurity courses on Risk Analysis, Policy, Network and Systems Hardening and much more.

As part of the Italian Pilot, a contest was launched among the participating schools: the group of students who will create the best multimedia product on the Up2U platform will be invited to present it at the Didacta festival, the most important education fair in Italy.
